1. About RISE

RISE (Rajeevi Shetty Institute of Empowerment) is a charitable initiative that offers free front tooth dentures to working women in Mumbai who cannot afford private dental treatment. By contacting us or submitting a referral, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

RISE services are intended for working women who cannot afford dental treatment. Eligibility is determined solely at the discretion of RISE. The following conditions apply:

• The person referred must be a working woman of any age.
• She must be based in Mumbai (currently the only city we operate in).
• RISE reserves the right to determine eligibility without providing reasons.
• Submitting a referral does not guarantee treatment.

3. Treatment Decision

Every referral is reviewed by our team and assessed by a qualified dentist. The final decision on whether treatment can be provided rests with the attending dentist, based on the individual's dental condition and medical suitability. In some cases, treatment may not be possible. RISE makes no guarantee of treatment outcomes. RISE will not be held liable for any dental condition, complication, or outcome arising from or related to treatment provided through RISE.

4. Photo Submission & Consent

By submitting a photograph of a person's teeth to RISE, whether via WhatsApp or email, you confirm that:

• You have the consent of the person in the photograph to share her image with RISE for the purpose of dental assessment.
• The photograph may be reviewed by RISE team members and the attending dentist.
• RISE will not share the photograph with any third party without consent.

5. Privacy

Personal information collected (including name, mobile number, location, and photographs) is used solely for the purpose of assessing and arranging dental treatment. RISE does not sell, share, or misuse personal data. Information is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose of treatment coordination.

6. Geographic Limitation

RISE currently operates in Mumbai only. Referrals from outside Mumbai will be added to a waiting list and contacted when services expand to their city. RISE makes no commitment regarding the timeline of expansion.

7. Right to Refuse

RISE reserves the right to decline any referral or refuse service to any individual, at any stage, without providing a reason. This right is exercised at the sole discretion of RISE.

8. No Commercial Relationship

RISE provides this service as a charitable initiative. No commercial or contractual relationship is created between RISE and any referrer or recipient by virtue of a referral being submitted or accepted. RISE is not a registered medical provider and does not operate as a dental clinic.

9. Limitation of Liability

RISE, its founders, volunteers, and partner institutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of RISE services, including but not limited to dental treatment outcomes, delays, or refusals of service.

10. Changes to These Terms

RISE reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at sherises.cc/terms.html. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
